Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES) is a nation wide public service group mostly by counties. Becoming a member of the Trinity County ARES group is free and only needs your filling out the ARES Registration form. This service will make available to you, all the trainings you will need to be part of emergency communications (AuxComm) during Disasters and Emergencies.
Besides Emergency Service, our members also provide communications for community events, such as horse events in the forest, bike rides, etc.
